Space only cost: $950 + gst

optional:

• 40 - 80 guests - includes additional studio 2 & 3 at $500 + gst

• 80 - 150 guests - includes additional $850 + gst

OVERTIME $350 PER STUDIO
STORAGE AVAILABLE FROM $100 - $200 PER DAY
GARBAGE REMOVAL AVAILABLE FROM $400
RESERVED PARKING AVAILABLE AT $50 PER CAR SPACE PER DAY

UNLIMITED FIBRE-OPTIC INTERNET AVAILABLE FROM $50 PER DAY

SECURITY - INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CAMERAS WITH BACK-TO-BASE ALARMS

3.5% BANK FEE FOR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS
THE STUDIO MUST BE CLEANED BEFORE LEAVING WITH ALL RUBBISH REMOVED AND EMPTIED INTO CAR PARK BINS OR A $400 MINIMUM CLEANING FEE APPLIES
